  • Duplicate purchases of the same course or product.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Cancellation requests made within 14 days of purchase, provided the course content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded.

Please note that once you have accessed or downloaded course materials, digital products are considered delivered, and refunds may not be eligible.
